Deep Creek Florida Real Estate
Deep Creek is a deed-restricted community. This
is
a newer community and many of the homes are less than 10 years old.
The community has a beautiful golf course and many of the homes have magnificent
fairway views. Deep Creek was laid out so that most lots border open
space. Many homes are on freshwater lakes.
Condos and villas with lake views are available in Deep Creek. The villa shown here is a 3 bed 3 bath home
with covered parking and over 2600 square feet of living space. Condos,
villas, and town homes can be found with prices starting in the mid-$100Ks.
Single family homes are available from
the mid-$100,000s to over $400,000.
The home shown here is priced in the midpoint of that range. Most
of these homes are designed with a lanai and pool as the home's focal
point. Since most of the year the
weather is mild, large door walls open
the main house to the screened-in lanai creating a bright open feeling and
making the outdoors part of your home.

The Deep Creek Preserve is a 2000-acre
park which borders the northeastern edge
of the community of Deep Creek. The preserve has miles of walking trails
through one of the southernmost strands of longleaf pine forest. This is a
relatively new park and the management plan is still being worked out. Possible
future uses include campsites and horse trails. Currently the only stated
use is hiking. With the exception of a small area of improved pasture this
is natural Florida.
